Patti, our Director of Patient Experience, is a graduate of Stockton University with a degree in Speech and Audiology. Family is at the heart of everything she does, a value that she extends to every patient interaction. Married to a retired army veteran, Michael, and a mother of three—Anthony, Ami, and Ava—Patti's life is full of joy and activity, shared with their two English mastiffs, Dublin and Roz, a rescue dog named Ace, and several cats. Whether she's spending time outdoors, cooking, or enjoying summers by the pool, Patti's passion for making patients' experiences smooth and enjoyable shines through her work.
